Erie Community Skate Park – The newly completed Erie Community Skate Park is the first skate park in the country to include a certified Street League skate plaza designed by Rob Dyrdek, a veteran of the industry.

The Boulder Valley Velodrome – 250-meter bicycle velodrome, currently under construction, will become the de facto training facility for Olympic hopefuls. The property is located in the sweet spot of accessibility for Colorado’s Northern Front Range.

Erie Community Center – A 63,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility providing tennis courts, racquetball, swimming pool, climbing wall and personal training equipment.
