People who call Erie, Colorado home include those with a passion for the outdoors, with majestic mountain views and a genuine small-town feel. Erie is made of up a lot of growing families and is in a convenient location – 35 minutes to DIA 25 minutes to Denver and 20 minutes to Boulder. In recent years, this community has grown considerably as more people look for locations close to Boulder but don’t want to pay the high prices Boulder homes demand.
