University Hill

“The Hill” is home to the University of Colorado, the Sommer-Bausch Observatory and Fox Theater a renown concert venue. Known for being home to wonderful old homes as well as some fraternities and sororities, it’s come in and out of fashion as a place for families and undergrads alike. This is the main housing area for CU students and a popular place to live for Boulder residents because of its close proximity to Chautauqua Park at the base of the Flatirons.
